Inov-8 Runners Represent Well at 10k National Trail Championship

We had 4 strong runners in the elite field for The Continental Divide Trail 10k Race, also serving as the USATF 10k National Trail Championships. None of our runners disappointed, on the extremely mountainous and technical course sitting at 3500' in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Aaron Saft ran a tough, gritty and well disciplined race and got 3rd OA. Gina Lucrezi likewise gave it everything and captured 3rd OA for the women. Close on her heels was Amber Moran who ran a great race and got 4th OA. Anne Lundblad likewise picked her way through the field and ran a tough race getting 9th OA and 2nd Master. (pictured are our 3 ladies coming uphill to the finish line, Aaron was moving so fast all I got was a blur on my camera at mile 3).

Not too far down the road Dwight Shuler captured the overall Masters open Tsali Challenge Triathlon title. Dwight was in 5th place off the paddling section but used his strong running skills to reel in the competition and take top honors.
